Andy’s Story
Andy Hart has been involved with Networking, Word of mouth marketing and referral marketing training for over 20 years, starting as a BNI member in 2002. He and his wife Sandra became Executive Directors for BNI in 2007, looking after the Ireland South and West region. During this time, they won 78 national and international awards including Top Customer Satisfaction and “CEO Award for Most Growth Worldwide” awards.
In 2010, Andy started to support BNI’s business development throughout Europe and his career with the organisation has encompassed many roles including Global CEO. Andy is currently a Senator with BNI, part of the advisory group to the Global Leadership team.
Previously Andy ran a sales and business coaching company, as well as holding management positions with BP Oil UK managing income streams of over €350 million.
Although dyslexic, Andy has a passion for lifelong learning having a degree in philosophy and a Higher diploma in Sales Management. He is also a Certified Franchise Executive with International Franchise Association and is currently studying at ATU to complete a master’s in digital media and marketing. He believes in finding smart ways to do business and is constantly looking at more effective ways of working.
Andy is married with two children and lives in the west of Ireland. He enjoys painting, military history, war gaming and archery in his spare time.
